Battery not holding at all
Bought the car on 9/25/2020, battery dead for no reason 3 months after (it’s 12/31/2020 today). Very upset about it. We didn’t left anything on over night, just haven’t touch the car for couple days since we been driving another car we have.

Best vehicle I’ve owned.
“Best vehicle I’ve owned - but it is dangerous to say things like that around any car (or boat.)” So far very true for 18 months and 20,000 miles. It’s a 2020 Escape AWD Titanium Hybrid, about same as 2021. Worst mpg was one tank around 34 when new in worst of sub-zero Minnesota snow, all other seasons 36-40 (highway) and 41-43 (suburb or city) full tank mpg and of course I get 99.9 if 5 miles all electric going from gas pump to garage - fun but false. Smooth hybrid system, feels quick and a joy but maybe 60 in 8.5 seconds. This car feels good at first but grows on you over time due to excellent steering, precise tracking, taut suspension and confident AWD feel, great features and space inside. So pleasing a ‘ride’ I left my 2012 Shelby GT-500 convertible in winter storage a little longer - also a wonderful car at 56,000 miles and a whole different animal though not much use in snow. Only complaint of this and many other cars is a don’t think rotary shifters are as intuitive or safe. No, I don’t work for Ford; I designed machinery for food production and simply found something outstanding. And if every satisfying car got over 500 miles on 12 gallons the world would be improved.

Practical/Reliable and can be fun!
Owned 2 prior Lincoln hybrids since 2012, so hybrids are THE way to go!, especially if you are a 1 car family. Brought new in Sept of 2020. Now just over 60k miles; besides 20k oil changes I do on my own (have been on my cars since 2015) only big cost has been new tires at 60k, which cost less than a grand total. Total average mpgs at 42.3 no matter who drives it. Have towed uhaul's/etc over 1k miles and towing ability was flawless, even at times when capacity was slightly exceeded. Our Escape is AWD so overall road handling's been extremely well, including mountains, rain and snow. Using Sport mode brings some pep and fun back in the driving experience! Interior noise at high speeds very minimal, and on par with Lincoln's. Not 5 stars due to little things like interior material quality, window button issues( got wet.. once dry all aok), no locking glovebox, side mirrors that don't fold in automatically, rear cargo cover options and front passenger seat ability to move a bit further back. Overall will be keeping for many years provided no future major vehicle issues!
So far
I just got my Ford Escape titiuum hybrid. So far it’s very comfortable. I don’t have that many problems. I do like Toyota’s so I’m thinking of getting the prime
