touchscreen
My touchscreen freezes daily . Sometimes I have a blue or a black screen . I put a wi fi extender in my garage and that does not seem to work either . If I get away from my house , turn it off , and go back , it works fine .The dealer had it for 2 days and said that all of the computer things were functioning normally . It drives like a race car and is quiet and comfortable . For the money it is quite a good value . I love it so far . May contact Ford directly about the touch screen .
2019 Ford Edge
We have a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium Elite model SUV. It had a window sticker price of $45,775.00! What do you get? 1. A good looking SUV. 2. A solid ride that is reasonably quiet. 3. Comfortable seating and good storage. 4. A very good array of safety features. 5. Good displays and reasonably easy to use infotainment system. 6. Decent acceleration from the turbo four. What don’t you get? 1. An engine cover (everyone hides the mechanicals now). 2. Power fold feature on the outside mirrors. 3. Cloth on the A pillars. 4. Dual note horn (toot—toot, really cheap). 5. Parallel wipers (uses old fashioned clap hands style). 6. Solid sounding rear doors (tinny when open and close). 7. Smooth transmission (jumpy in lower gears especially at start-up). 8. Upgradable maps in the SYNC3 system (not even for money). Apparently, no SYNC3 systems in the U.S. can be updated. 9. Map upgrade has been released on USB, but I have been unable to get my system to complete the update. New map version should be 1-18, which is not that good, but mine is still 1-17 as it was when new. Amazing cost cutting for this expensive vehicle.

Whoa, what happened?
Had the car a month and today, on New Years Day, all the Sync3 stuff doesn’t work! No radio, no Bluetooth, no Navigation, nothing. The car has 580 miles on it. Also been having some issues with clunky noises upon opening the doors, trouble filling with gas (pump stops when it’s not full and it’s hard to pull the spout out) and the transmission seems to drag when shifting. We need to get it in as soon as the dealer starts acting like the holidays have ended. We have called for info on our plates repeatedly and no one is available, no one calls us back when we leave a message, even for the manager, no one really acts like it’s a business. Epic Ford, this was our third purchase from you and now, the last one!

Edge ST
I purchased a Ford Edge ST 2019 and it's a gas to drive.....I looked at the BMW X3 and 3 other SUV's in the same class....hands down the Edge ST blows them away. Great handling, great ride, very well appointed. For the money, the best mid-sized SUV on the market.....test drive one and You will buy it! Twin Turbo gets it

Surprisingly great car
The outside of this car is nothing special. I was very pleased with how the car handles and drives. It has great acceleration. Handles very nice. Lots of little extras. This car impresses me the more I drive it.
