The HEMI slaps

2022 Dodge Durango R/T Plus 4dr SUV (5.7L 8cyl 8A)

Drive a 22 R/T 100km+ per day. The thing is a monster. Upgraded from a jeep cherokee. The thing has so much space. Can lay down in the back for car camping. Everyone rags on the outdated look. However I always catch people looking and even got a complement today. The R/T is the perfect daily driver. It's a truck engine with mini van capacity built with some serious street appeal. I call it our "assault mini van" The thing sounds disgustingly devious when using paddle shifters and is a monster in sport. Not the fastest car around. AWD goes a long way in terms if actuakky putting the power down. I occasionally get a traction control indicator and the odd tire squeal. You can just throw this thing around. Its absolutley planted in the road at almost 6k lbs with wife and tools. Great to hold everything we need for work. Groceries and still room for the unborn progeny. It's a drivers car for sure. If youre considering one and like to drive. Just do it. You won't be disappointed. 🤙

2024 Dodge Durango, compressed TNT

Blue Goose, 01/04/2025
2024 Dodge Durango R/T Premium 4dr SUV (5.7L 8cyl 8A)

Purchased new with 17 miles on it. At 3600+ miles,no problems. It is amazingly comfortable, fast, and has excellent road manners for something this big. Flawless fit and finish. The interior leather on the R/T Premium level is sumptuous. The SRT seat option provides the same seats in the second row as the first row. The six passenger capacity could not be more comfortable. I had to have the Harmon-Kardon sound system and it would be hard to improve it's performance. I would not trade it for anything in it's segment. Totally satisfied. Only two minor squaks. I would have liked a spare tire and a full size console in the second row, but I purchased the vehicle knowing of their absence. Engine is thirsty, but reality must give way to physics. Besides, I do not care how expensive gasoline gets. I use Premium fuel, but I would skip pushing my Durango 15 miles for $4.00.

Very impressed with our new Durango! Like it way better than the Wagoneer which is a electrical nightmare. The HEMI is awesome and all the tech works great! Very FUN to drive!

Terrible Quality on Exterior

Bought a brand new 2024 Durango GT in the Destroyer Gray. They told me AFTER I signed the paperwork it would need a new window because the one in it was cracked...... Upon taking the vehicle to the detailer shop to have the inspection set up for ceramic coating they found MULTIPLE areas with orange peel and dirt nibs all OVER! Went back to the dealership and they sent it to a paing shop and fixed one area only AFTER telling the dealership that this car should have been sent back to the manufacturer because the paint was son bad. Here I am almost 6 weeks later still fighting to get this resolved! No auto body shops with even offer a quote because the whole car needs to be repainted! Last time I ever buy a dodge!

I personally like the styling, the tow & go package is a must. Rumble at start up gets me going. Looks great, smooth riding responsive V8 power. Fun car with lots of room.
