I leased this car 3 years ago and I'm due to turn it in next August. I got a great deal on the lease and I'm happy I got it. It's the very base model, no addon's and it's still plenty loaded. Power everything and keyless entry. The car has been fairly dependable. One of the tie rod ends failed and had a problem with the front passenger side airbag sensor. All fixed under warranty and the problem has not come back. The car is quiet to drive, has pretty good pickup and handles bumps in the ride just fine. It's not going to give race car performance around turns, but it's also not a sports car. I would consider another one if the lease price was right. But it's being discontinued...

I bought this car in 2006 after renting one and trading in a 2001 Ford minivan. I thought that this was gonna be a long lasting relationship with this car but I have already replaced both axles, and in 2008 I stayed at the shop with it. Now I took it back about a week ago to the dealership because I heard a humming sound and no air along with water hitting my left foot. As soon as I can I am done with Chrysler cars.

Top Notch Vehicle

Have owned this vehicle for about two months now and I'm pleased with our decision. Did not need to trade but like this model since it was first offered. One gets the "Mercedes" feel when driving. Having been a Mercedes owner for several years when working and driving in excess of 50,000 miles per year I know the ropes. Only negative thus far is gas mileage which is around 16-17 mpg. Great safety feel and comfort. Most of the needed add ons are standard. Great vehicle.

Bought the vehicle in Oct 03. Has some initial problems with the AC control head and the torque converter. Steve Christy's service department is awesome. They fixed it within the month (waited on some parts). Haven't had a problem since.

Lots of room. Love extra seats in back or fold for extra storage. Handles very well in curves. Accelerates quickly & smoothly. Adheres to slick roads like the car & road were one. One of best cars I've owned!

We've owned this car just over two weeks, and we love it. We still have lots to learn about this vehicle, in terms of manipulating all of the controls which are readily available at your finger tips from either front seat. The overall interior design is excellent, with only a couple minor exceptions/possible improvements. If you have kids and you don't like minivans, you need to look at the Pacifica with 3rd row seating. From the standpoint of vision, the Pacifica feels more like a SUV because you sit higher than you would in a sedan, but it drives like a sedan. As a driver you feel safer, but not intimidated behind the wheel. Backing up in tight spaces is taking some getting used to.

I have owned the Pacifica for only 2 or 3 weeks, but from what I can tell there are only 2 slightly bad things about this car/SUV/mini van. I'll cut to the chase and not take up much of your time, the glove box is a little on the small side and I'm only getting about 20 mpg. Which actually isn't that bad on a big vehicle with most of the miles being driven in the city. However with the price of gas creeping up on minimum wage, this isn't the car for someone making minimum wage. The interior of this vehicle reminds me of a mercedes benz or a lexus, not the substandard interiors of the other american brand cars I have owned.

This car is awesome. My last two vehicles were vans (much to my 16 year olds dismay), and this gives van interior with a cool looking exterior. My teen is not ashamed to be seen driving this one! The interior feels so luxurious. We've only had it for a month and can't wait to take a long trip in it. It handles like a dream and I love all the safety features. Radio/CD/DVD/Volume control on the steering wheel makes it easier to change stations without taking eyes off the road (VERY important when a 16 year old drives). Wish there was more storage space when third row is up, but we are a family of five, so can leave one seat down. Gas Mileage is poor, but a safe and comfortable ride. LOVE IT!
