Nothing but a hassle
Bought this car back in 2016 with only 32 miles on it. One month in with the car and the check engine light came on. After that it would come off and on every so often. I have taken it to get fixed multiple times and if it's not one thing is another. Currently it's been a few months that there is smoke coming out of the engine and it smells like burnt oil. I noticed that when I am at a stop it starts to shake. Now all the lights on the dashboard are on and the car dose not want to go on reverse and the steering wheel is super hard.

This is the Chevy lemon
This Chevy trax is a piece of trash, it’s always giving me problems, now the biggest problem has rising. The motor overheated. This is a 2015, and in 2023 the motor is busted. B. Salazar

Luv it
Just luv it,right size for me,for what I need it for, don’t travel far, only has about 18,000 KM I live in Canada,it never sees the winters I keep in garage .
Ive had nothing but problems
Beautiful vehicle but its been nothing but problems. Usually when one thing goes wrong with it another couple things do and now its got 20 things wrong with it. Ive put more money into this vehicle fixing it than its worth. Had the air looked at 4 times and even the mechanic told me theres nothing more he can do and that i should just find a different vehicle. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great car bad engine design
The good. Rides great handles rough roads like a champ. Comfortable seats and very easy to drive. The bad. The engine is way underpowered. The transmission shift points at the top gears are too far spaced resulting in huge rpm changes when going up hills ect. The exhaust routing out the front means hot exhaust goes under the oil pan and cooks the oil and by extension the seals. Mine at 50k miles had 4 seperate oil leaks. The oil pan was first then the timing cover then the valve cover. The valve cover is if poor design as well. Google it they fail regularly. Mine was replaced 2x. I sold the car.
