Used 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT LT Rwd 4dr SUV (4.2L 6cyl 4A) Consumer Reviews
Really nice car
I fell in love with this car the moment I saw it. It has all the room our family needs, and plenty of safety features (such as front and side impact air bags and OnStar) to help us out if we need them. It has the DVD for the kids, and that could be considered to be a safety feature in itself! It has plenty of power for passing and getting on the highway, way more than you even need. The steering controls are also very nice. The standard stereo is enough for me, but it needs rear speakers for the kids. Love can sometimes be blind though. Fuel efficiency is not one of its best features, which is a growing concern.
My 2nd SUV
Nice, smooth ride. Hauls a full load on the highway effortlessly (V-6). Seats six large men comfortably. Restricted visibility with the DVD player down obviously but the rear views handle the blind spots. Love the way the radio volume gently increases with the increase with interior db level. Theater seating is great!

Awesome!
My first SUV. This is by far the best SUV on the market. The DVD system in it is a blessing for any trip. The 6CD changer sounds incredible, even without Bose. Ride is excellent. More power than a Ford V8 Explorer, better room, and certainly better looking inside and out! Traded in a minivan for this and will NEVER go to a minivan again. People complain about the mileage, but what do you expect from a 275HP SUV? Comes with the territory... Great job Chevy!
Trailblazer LT EXT
Wonderful SUV, Got it for $100 over invoice. Rough Buying experiance, dealing with the dealer. Drives great! A lot more standard than Ford SUV's
Don't buy one
I have own mind for three years. It has the V8, and it does get up and go. But it's been in the shop for things like two new transmisions, still giving me trouble as I write this. Several air conditioning problems since new, and finally last year it ate it self up and they had to replace the whole air conditioner, including all the belts. Right now I have a light on the dash telling me according to the dealer that I have to pay $350 for them to tell me why? I purchase the added protection just about everything they wanted me to purchase, now it's all ran out! Before the warranty ran out I was protected. What do I do now since the dealer told me that the air bags aren't working?
