Used 2010 Chevrolet Equinox Consumer Reviews
LTZ v6 3.0 lt equinox 2010
fun to drive, has lots of features. more than I expected.
Chevy has a Winner
We looked at a Ford Escape as well as a few Asian brands, but this small SUV really showed up well in quality, appearance, and fuel efficiency. I feel that the 2010 model is a vast improvement over the 2009 model. I especially liked the handling, or "fun- to-drive" feeling that this SUV provides. And we had 4 adults and 2 end tables in the vehicle after a little vacation shopping and everything fit comfortably - lots of interior space. The 4 cyl engine isn't super strong, but does fine under most uses, and we are getting over 30 mpg anytime we are going over 45 miles an hour. Don't write this off just because it is a Chevy!

A Car for the AGES
Had to order the car; finally arrived after 8 weeks. The wait was worth it. The 4 cyl. has more then enough pep; no problems with merging into hi-speed traffic. Comfortable front seats; all controls are easy enough to reach; great sound system. The LTZ model has all I wanted in the basic pkg except for the Navigation system which I got. Luv it! Great ride although I've only got 600 miles on it and have yet to take a "trip" in it.
Chevy Hits a Homerun
After a summer of searching, I'm glad I waited for the 2010 Nox. At 6'7" I couldn't squeeze into the Rav, CRV, Santa Fe..... It came down to VW Tigan vs. NEW Equinox. Chevy won hands down based on expanded cabin size vs. '09, MPG and overall value. It fits in my garage better than my old four door sedan too....an added bonus! Don't expect much off sticker or incents given on other Chevys. But grab one quick before they figure out they put too much into the 2010 for the money. This one competes with SUVs in a larger class.
Best Small SUV since Aztek
We started this journey of searching for a new car last year. Dealer after dealer car after car. I even considered buying foreign for the first time in my life. However my wife loved her Aztek and wanted something that would compare to size comfort and cargo space with all the bells and whistles. We drove Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Buick, and then one last chance for GM we went to John Miles Chevrolet. They were so laid back they let the car sell itself. We saw the Equinox 2010 sitting in front of the showroom. We drove it and the rest is history.
