My family has owned Cadillac's even before I was born, so it was a no brainer that getting this vehicle I thought would be cream of the crop. I didn't have it for 2 weeks and into the shop it went. Sunroof was leaking water and CUE (radio) would just go black. Received the vehicle back and thought all was well but it was not. The radio went black as you would drive and sunroof was still leaking, as well as now the transmission seems like it was shifting. The dealership replaced the radio, said they added fluids to the transmission and that the rubber around the sunroof needed to be replaced. After a month the radio started going out again so now a third radio was put in. Not even 2 miles after I leave the dealership the third brand new radio went black again. I called the dealership they claim it must be something else as to why this was occurring. They did not have an appointment until 2 week out. At that time my air stopped working and being in a big suv with 85-95 degree weather with no air is not fun at all! This vehicle has been in the shop over 5 times and I have only had it for 6 months and when I called to see what the update was they haven't even started working on it. I called other GM dealerships to see if they would work on it and they told me it had to be a Cadillac dealer. I am highly disappointed in GM, Cadillac and Mary Barra (president of GM) as this is supposed to be one of the best and top of the line GM vehicles and I haven't even had the chance to thoroughly enjoy it. This will be my last GM vehicle as I will never purchase from them again!

2015 cad. Escalade ESV platinum edition. Transmission has been replaced in 2019. The antenna was replaced in 2014 then in 2018 no longer working. Not paying for this to be replaced second time. The screen went out in 2018. More issues but the most recent one is this stupid alarm keeps randomly going off waking up the neighbors in the middle of the night. I think this 90k vehicle is legit a lemon! The only nice thing is the look of the inside and outside .

Engine Replaced twice!

I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade with 48,000 miles on it. When I was driving on 5/11/20 @ 12:58pm, the motor started knocking. All service has been on time and completed per the maintenance recommended schedule. Their diagnostics test revealed that the motor had constant misfire in cylinder #8, removed bank 2-cylinder head, to find that #8 intake lifter was stuck in the bore. They removed the lifter bore to find that lifter had excessive pitting, causing metal rolling surface of lifter to pit and deteriorate, wearing end of lifter down flat and becoming stuck in lifter bore causing tapping noise. On 9/28/2021, I was driving at 55 mph and when I came to a traffic light, the engine started idling very rough (53,800 miles since replacement). Took to dealership and they are saying that I need another motor and I have to pay out of pocket! I own a 2007 Cadillac Escalade and never had issues like this. Cadillac isn't about quality or service anymore!
