2024 Buick Enclave Consumer Reviews

Close to a luxury SUV
Very nice and comfortable ride. Quiet and handles well. Some luxury items are missing. Seats could be larger. Back window is hard to see out of. Poorly engineered rear wiper motor location. should have larger touchscreen. Needs rear window sunshades. Manual sunshade? Come on man.

Buick Enclave
We ordered a 2023 enclave, avenar , we have owner a 2015 enclave. The 2023 is definitely a step in the wrong direction. Nothing is as convenient as in the2015, there are no clothes hooks to hang a clothes bar on. The seats don’t move into position with memory recall until you push and hold the button on the door or start the engine, this is very inconvenient since my wife is considerably shorter than I am. The seats are considerably narrower that the previous enclave and there by not as comfortable. Every thing seems gimmickie, and not well thought out. I have owned several Buicks and I wish that I had looked at the competitors more before we purchased. Lyle Johnson

Infotainment fail
Purchased in September 2023. It was in for issues 4 times before my first payment. Squeak in passenger side cargo area. 4 trips and dealer could find no issue. Told me they fixed the noise and didn't do ANY repair. Finally got a mechanic to ride with me, first telling me no noise. I wouldn't let him out. He finally heard it and it was a loose grommet in the rear air handler. The senor for highbeams and cruise control failed. The infotainment system constantly locks up. No sound, no phone access, no radio, no access to OnStarr. You have to stop, turn off vehicle, open doors and wait about 15 minutes to reset. Dealer has told me GM is working on a fix. I live very rural if this system freezes up I have no way of getting assistance if needed. I am scared to put my grandkids in vehicle. One has medical issues, if I have an emergency with them and this system locks up I can't get help. This vehicle has 5000 miles. It sits in my garage and I drive my 1992 truck that I trust

It's not your father's Buick
First Buick I have owned. Very much like our Chevy Traverse but, with a lot more features. Ride is great and the interior finishes are good quality. we are impressed with the amount of computerized sensors and cameras on this vehicle.
Love my smooth ride
I was first going to buy a Toyota Highlander hybrid platinum, but the biggest hassle with salesman and the fact that I waited 7 months on an order just to have them sale it to someone else. So I got my deposits back and went car shopping. Looking for a commuter and comfortable ride. I test drove them all, I ended up finding that I narrowed it down to 3. The traverse, the Enclave or the Tahoe. Let's just say that the Enclave won.The space is awesome! Way more than what it seems from the outside. Super smooth ride, quiet on the roads and so comfortable.i found myself pleasantly surprised at the gas mileage per gallon too. Going from Florida to Arkansas and then to Pennsylvania I was getting 33 mpg. Was super happy. And love my car...
