Achieved a whopping 37 mpg in Eco Pro mode on a 1200+ mile summer road trip from suburban Chicago through Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and back via Traverse City. Fully occupied with 5 adults and trunkful of luggage and gear. Aided by warm weather and minimal wind drag on highways of 55 mph speed limit.

In eco mode i get about 28mpg. In sport it performs perfectly. X drive system is flawless, infotainment system is very easy to use. Struggles to tow, stereo is crummy, BMW service is a c+ at best.
