Near Perfectoin
I have owned an E92 335 and an E90 M3, and can say this is the best car I have ever owned. The combination of performance, comfort and price point is ideal when compared to competitors. The performance isn't quite in M3 territory, but the increased torque in this car, particularly on the low-end, make this car more fun and usable as a daily driver (not to mention it's about $15k cheaper than the M3). The S4 is also faster than the 335 and has a superior interior and stereo. The B&O system is impressive. Overall the car is amazing, only small nits that I can complain about...no memory seats, transmission is a bit lazy in auto mode
2011 S4 , looks, performance and comfort.
Have electrics inspected for function.

Love that Sport Setting on tranny
This will be the 3rd S4 I've owned over 10yrs and feels the fastest. Still not sure about the big snout but the Audi's tail is nice. 0-35mph around town was disappointing till I tried the Sport setting, now it is much more linear and fun. I love the Sport setting in the city!!! Try it and it becomes addictive. Beautiful interior, great seats, big trunk and 4 doors in a car that can easily keep up with the other German Cars around town in real world driving.
15th Birthday...Owned Since Showroom
As its original owner, I'm celebrating its 15th Birthday (04/2010). And, at 150,000 miles, she still looks & runs like the strong, understated, EuroSport beast she always was!... It was the first time I ever bought a new car off the showroom floor. Yes, it was an exhilarating feeling, but I still tried to keep my wits about me. In the end, its highly-supportive Nappa leather seats, a 6-spd stick married to that blown V6 was just too much for this lifelong car guy to ignore! Fifteen years later, I can honestly say that I have zero regrets. This has been a very reliable car with only a few trips to the mechanic, the biggest ones being expected replacement of its front control arms/bushings at 110K mi., and a worn clutch ignition module at 130K. The only unexpected repair was a leaky fuel pump at 147K that caused fuel to accumulate under the rear seat. Along the way, I chose to invest in upkeep that helps it continue to look good for its age: minor leather repairs, Tri-spoke wheel refinishing, and a repaint of its nose & hood (I live in a desert state) to resolve the paint damage done over time by sand, headwinds, etc.. Scheduled oil changes, garage-kept, hand-washing, and she looks only a few years old. So I still have a hard time imagining trading her in for something new. It was the best $50K investment I ever made fifteen years ago. And that 6-speed manual? Man, I never get tired of that added dynamic to its driving experience! What could I possibly get now that gives me the same thrill, the same quality, German engineering, performance, and distinctive cache for the money? No, my S-4 was a great choice 15 years ago... and is still a keeper!

A lot of fun
Originally had wanted the A5. Drove the S4 after the A5 and absolutely loved it. The power is always available, immediately! The car is extremely well refined and quiet but can be a beast when necessary. Mileage is great. I love driving this car... every day. Test drive it!!
