New Blue Audi
This is our 2nd Q7 and it’s a very good improvement over the previous one. Glad we purchased with the upgraded options. Optic Black package with Blue exterior. It looks smaller than our 2014 Q7, maybe due to the fact it sits lower.

First Audi — great decision
This is my first Audi. It’s the Q7. I LOVE IT! The ride is silky, it is beautifully styled, the interior is elegant and the dashboard is easy to read, intuitive to manage, and well thought out. The car has great acceleration and hugs the road well. The dealership I bought it from, @AudiChandler in AZ was terrific. Every aspect of the transaction was a pleasure. My salesperson, Jessie Becktell, was knowledgeable w/o being pushy. I have zero regrets and am so happy with the car and the car buying experience.

Never again
Of all the cars and SUV’s I’ve owned in 50 years, this is the worst. I miss my 2016 Grand Cherokee. Confusing set up and use of everything. Even the trip odometers are a pain, the sales guy couldn’t figure it out. For $70k, I could have gotten a well set up Cherokee. The suspension is surprisingly rough over poor road conditions-our Dodge 2500 pickup is quieter. The lane control comes on indiscriminately, as we like to steer our own cars. And most annoying, the rear seatbelts flutter if you drive with the rear windows down (our dog rides in the rear cargo area). Our Cherokee has simple Velcro to stop the flutter, but not a German made Audi. Never again.
Ok
Audi link finally work after 5000 miles 4 month. Very Stable 4wd on snow and ice during winter in Chicago.very good that car design is Low profile compare with BMW and Benz design. Make sure you Get the 3.0 instead 2.0 since it is same MPG and more power.

Flaky Electronics
Audi are built solidly, have nice amenities, and drive well. We had a 2020 we had leased and traded it in for the newer version. We are both super frustrated with the inconsistent behavior of the electronics. We disable lane assist (it is awful), and it will turn itself back on randomly - 1 our of 6 times is my guess. The e-brake is on when you start it 50% of the time with no rhyme or reason why. And it loves to tell me to connect a mobile device even when I don't want to (the message dominates the main display). Should be a really nice car but the electronics are just flaky in their behavior.
