Used 2013 Audi A8 L 3.0T quattro 4dr Sedan AWD (3.0L 6cyl S/C 8A) Consumer Reviews
Most luxurious car I’ve owned yet.
Repairs are gonna be expensive (as to be expected). Purchased car in late July of last year. Lots of tire noise from left front tire. Dealer service manager said that was from tire “feathering”. Later replace both front tires with same name rand tires that come stock (Pirelli). When it comes time to replace all tires, will go with another name brand (although not too many out there). Beautiful car, in an understated way. Very big and roomy. Installed Audi rings puddle lights in doors, which really look nice! Had to replace sensors for cruise control and other sensors back in February, plus rear brake pads and rotors. Very painful to the wallet, to say the least. When you get a car of this pedigree, you have to expect expensive repairs. Have learned to now seek out a good independent shop, instead of the Audi dealership. Have had two Mercedes S-class cars in the past, which were great cars, but the Audi shames them. Audi really likes to show off their bells and whistles mor than other luxury makes. Now 6/26/2021, and after more than 129k miles I still like this car very much. Repairs are expensive (less so with an independent repair shop). Seek out a good independent as I did. When you consider that the car cost anywhere from $76k to $100k depending on options and packages, it is a relative bargain after depreciation. Hard to justify a new car sometimes.
