Did you buy it used? Sounds like you bought a lemon. Did you take it to the dealer for inspection? If it is a 2012, it should still be under warranty. I have a 12 and I have NEVER had those issues. I did take it in to get looked at because of squeaky breaks and an intermittent EPC light. I the breaks were clean and inspected and one of the fuel pumps was replaced. As for the shifting, there is a fix for that. It is actually designed to shift at lower RPMs for fuel economy. The "fix" reprograms the computer to shift later. It cleared up my "rumble" sound I had at low RPMs. It is NOT a dangerous car. You need to take it in and have it inspected.Report it
