Have your front end aligned. Mine has too much toe-out from the factory and wears the inside of the tires. Are the inside of your tires feathering? If so, too much toe-out. With too much toe-out, it tends to wander at highway speeds, particularly when towing. The headlight aiming was off on mine, too. 10,000 miles and we get a lot of people flashing us with their lights, even when we are on low-beam. Check your alignment. Even if they say it is OK, give each tie-rod end a half-turn in, and it will steer better. My previous tow vehicle was an X5, so I am spoiled. Overall, a good truck. Ain't no BMW by a long shot, though!Report it
I also had to add add-a-leaf springs to the back to keep it from sagging. Typical Jap truck fix, though. My 88 Toyo had the same problem.Report it
