This is one good looking vehicle. It handles well and the acceleration is fantastic. The controls are handy and logical. The USB port for connecting your iPod works well and allows you to control the iPod from the radio controls. So far the gas mileage is pretty good, but I have not taken any long trips. If you get black on black, you should know that people may mistake you for an unmarked police car and slow down until they figure out you are just Joe Citizen. I have actually had complete strangers comment on how awesome the car looks.

Bit disappointed

I always wanted this car and envied people driving it. It always looked so semetrical and powerful with attention to luxury that drive me to buying it. When I purchased my vehicle it was everything I ever wanted. Only thing is I never got to enjoy the vehicle. I was wasting more money fixing the vehicle than modding it. It wouldn't last more than an average of 6 months until it needed another trip to the mechanic for major issues. In overall it did great in delivering that masculine classy look style I was going for. Just wasn't a very reliable vehicle I would say. Which was saddening because I was so disappointed I had to trade it in.

This was posted a few years back: A/C Climate controls and venting system has to be the worse of any manufacturer. Half the time they don't function properly, so pick your season, be patient, and once your selection. I had to finally have the Vent Modules replaced @ $400 per side. They are now working properly and I only had to do the driver side as there was no temperature control so defroster wouldn't work on the driver side, passenger side was fine. Regular maintenance is key. Done brakes twice, recall work, but no major repairs since owning the car. Head Light replacement is a Nightmare and labor intense is you do it, and expensive if you pay someone to do it for you. Definitely a great purchase and is now paid off.

After driving the car for 9 months now, I've been able to greatly assess the vehicle. What it lacks in acceleration it makes up in top speed. It's a very quick muscle car. My car is fairly "factory" on the mechanical side with the exception of an aftermarket K&N Air intake system. This simply added 2 or 3 horse power off the line and a more muscle sound from under the hood. The car has great handling on the high end, since being a bit more heavy than usual sedans, while the car is going slower. It's a heavy car (5100 lbs not including the gas and passengers) so you feel it greatly when trying to maneuver quickly. Let's just say I smoked a V8 Mustang with all the bells and whistles.
