  You're welcome, tangier1. You're right, Dallas is one of the areas that the conquest cash is available in. To the best of my knowledge, the lease cash, conquest cash, and USAA cash are really the only cash incentives that are available on the 2010 Cadillac SRX right now. I noticed in a parking lot today another 2009 SRX with the same problem. Are there lockable ones available? If this is going to be a repeatable problem, I'll buy a BMW in the fall, and let some other person have this problem.

  This seems to be a common problem with the 2010 SRX. Caddillac has issued a bulletin on it - #P10063. I complained about the same problem and we visited the dealers gas pump and it worked on his pump. Meanwhile, I can get it to work on some gas pumps and not others. I bet they fix it for 2011!

Gas pumps have a pressure sensor that cuts off the flow of gasoline when it detects a change in the flow pressure.   Purchased my SRX on 12/01/09 and also have swirling sounds as well as thumping sounds, especially when tank is over 1/2 full. Dealer says all sounds come from gas tank and Cadillac is working on a fix? Has anyone else been told that they are working on a fix or have you solved this problem?

  Car Man: Opted for the 2010 RX350 AWD with Premium/COmfort/NAV.. See my entry on Lexus forum. $47k car (about the same as the SRX I was looking at).. $2000 down vs. $4000 and same $600 payment.   We were told today by a Cadillac dealer that US Bank residual cap is $22,000 on a 2010 SRX. "Said US Bank cap the residual vs. using the % o MSRP for each. In years past it was a flat % no matter what the MSRP was, US Bank limits their exposure with caps on residuals on certain packages/models." To bad - nice car.

  I have driven 4 different SRX's with no vibration issues. Maybe a wheel was out of balance? Was sunroof open? This can cause wind buffeting and vibration, especially at highway speed.
