2006 Buick Lucerne CXL V6 4dr Sedan (3.8L 6cyl 4A)
It was rated as the quietest sedan in it class in 2006. After a few months the wind noise around the two doors was bad and gets even worse during the cold weather up north. We love the car overall as a great car.
Ride, leather, fit, controls
Wind noise around doors, Rain sense wipers react slow in combo snow/rain
I bought my 2006 Buick Lucerne in late 2005.
Was very quiet for a few months and then wind noise around doors got worse and worse.
Plastic end around left seat belt broke, plastic casing around driver side seat cracked - a piece about 2" x 2" just popped out, buttons fell off electric seat controls.
Dealer replaced all
items. Buttons still fall off.
Had problems with passenger side electric seat controls.
Two still don't work.
I love the ride of the car and everyone who sits in the back seat comments about how smooth the ride is and how roomy back seat is.
Still love my Buick but I would probably wait until newer model has been out a year or two to get kinks worked out at factory.
