2017 Toyota Corolla iM
First off, I've had a few Toyota's in my life. Most were boring, this model brings a different, fresher, younger peppy side. It was a Scion model prior, built on the TC platform so handling is great for it's size. Granted it's not a race car, yet with the "sport mode" on it has a nice pull. Steering is responsive, yet a bit numb for me. Braking is fantastic. MPG off the start pretty sad … around 23? Since 5-6k on it now, much better unless you're always in "sport mode" you'll get 30ish combined. The highest w/cruise on a trip was 38. Those crappy so called "techy" things on this car are sad at best. More of a joke in my book, unless you REALLY need guidance, which is spotty, leave them on. I shut them off moments after leaving the dealership. Unlike most of the other Toy models, there is no radar to measure distance from an object so it's useless. Only good tech on here is the backup cam., and the headunit's ok, minus cd/nav/sat. it's HD is nice and you can stream or get nav. off your phone. Stylish, comfy, roomy, great price point/value. Against this part of the segment, I believe it's the best bang for the buck. Enjoy!
