Unnecessarily complicated

2024 Lexus RX
2024 RX. The instrument cluster of gauges stuffs too much in a small space. Heads up display would be an improvement.
The electronic door latch takes getting used to and I don’t like it. It is not necessary.
Apple CarPlay doesn’t load every time.
The shifter gear selector is quirky, again, needlessly complicated and finding neutral is annoying at the car wash.
I hear and feel slight … noise bump when going over bumps that sounds like a bad strut. The dealership says there is nothing wrong with it. They probably don’t have a code for it. My previous RX didn’t have this issue.
We recently bought a 2025 Hyundai Palisade for close to the same price and we like it much better.
The RX is still a solid car but way behind on the information technology.
Guess which one my wife drives now.
