Transit has problems

2015 Ford Transit Van
I have a fleet of 45 transit vans all types (low, mid, high, 150, & 250) I have had random problems with vans not starting at shop and in the field then all of a sudden they start again. Ford has looked at them, and cannot find anything wrong then send them back to me. There is a problem with leaves/pine needles getting in to vent at windshield cause van to not start or die while … driving. You usually get and engine failure light because leave/pine needles dam water up and get into vents going down into computer cause it to short out. They said they fixed the problem with new plastic damning, but my vans have the damning and it still dose not help. I was told to keep it cleaned out, and not to park under trees. Most of the slider doors have dents in them because the door will not latch unless you shut hard and guys are always pushing on the back side of door to latch it. The metal has no support. Back doors, if right door get closed before left it will dent right door or if wind catches it. Other wise good van.
