I would run from this dealer at all cause!!! We purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe after paying over sticker just a week ago from this dealer and it had a gouged rim and gouged running boards! The dealer was well aware of this and decided not to tell us which we found out from other staff at this dealership. But this is only them small stuff... now the vehicle is in the shop after 109 miles because it needs new injectors and the lifters are shot! The dealer doesnt want to take responsibility or do the right thing by purchasing the vehicle back! We spoke to Shannon Ashford who basically did nothing to resolve the matter besides saying that the managing partner Ronnie Whitlock refuses to buy the vehicle back. I have also asked for a loaner vehicle as we are leaving out to state and was only offered $35.00 a day. since Shannon is unwilling to do the right thing, we are requesting a call from Ronnie Whitlock to do the right thing. This is wrong and the dealer is simply avoiding us. we are also filing complaints with the BBB and attorney generals office! Any buyers, beware!!! Unless you want to pay over sticker for a $100,000 tahoe that needs to be in the shop with only 100 miles!!!

Dealer Review:

Bought a used car here. The vehicle had a number of issues. The biggest issue is that there was a bunch of melted candy and chocolate underneath the rear bench seat, which caused a BIG mold issue and fruit fly infestation. I discovered this after removing the 20 or so air fresheners that they had placed throughout the vehicle because the smell of the air fresheners was giving me a headache. Unfortunately, an even worse odor emerged. I removed the rear bench seat and discovered a colony of flies and maggots embedded in old chocolate and candy covered with mold. I even had to remove the seat belts and plastic side panels to clean out all mold and flies. I am attempting to clean the rear bench seat itself, but I'm not sure that this will be salvageable. I knew about some of the other mechanical issues (e.g., malfunctioning door latches and trunk release button), but I did detect the mold issue before buying the car because the smell was concealed with the large number of air fresheners that they distributed throughout the car. Had I not discovered the problem, this could have had serious health affects due to continuous inhalation of mold spores.
