I literally called ahead to tell them.I was driving 2 hrs one way to see an infiniti QX80 they were selling and 15 minutes before arrival called again. When I got there they didn't have the keys and couldn't find them either. Besides that it was a hot day and they made me wait outside. In total I lost 4 hrs plus with this dealership.
