I love my new 2021 highlander hybrid platinum. Everything runs great and it’s a good looking suv. My biggest problem right now is the mpg..... I was so excited to be getting at least 30mpg and I’m barely getting 26. I don’t drive on the highway often and have put 1000miles on the car. I can’t believe 26 is my average even with conscious driving. I hope they didn’t miss quote the mpg

I just purchased a 2021 Highlander AWD Platinum Hybrid. I am very easy on the gas pedal. I purposely bought this vehicle for the MPG rating it had. I just did my first fill up. 20 MPG. Needles to say I will be going back to the dealer service department to see what they say. I hope I didn't just blow $51,000.

I have a 2021 Highlander AWD platinum , I like everything about it except it does not have automatic folding mirrors, not a deal breaker but has so many other luxuries. I do not know why Edmunds always rates them below Kia, must be on their payroll is all I can think of. I was looking for my last car and wanted something with all the bells and whistles and would easily go 250,000 miles or more pretty much trouble free. I average about 34-36 miles per gallon depending on type of driving and use of air conditioner. I have had for two years and so far it has not disappointed.

I had this car for 31700 miles It's actual mileage is about 321/2. 65% of my driving is highway Alexa does not work 65% of the time. There have been several updates to the app, but it still has issues. Why put this feature on and sell it if it doesn't work!

The only thing I would have liked is the driver's side doors lock/unlock & memory seat buttons were lite when lights are on.
