2025 Toyota Camry Consumer Reviews

Not exactly everything I dreamed of.
I have owned toyota vehicles for the past 20 years and so far this has been the worst I have ever experienced, And I have only had it a week. first let me add: Yes it gets good mileage, but that is about all I can say about it. First it is smaller than the 2015 Camry I have. second there is an annoying rattle in the dash that sounds like something is loose. Third the head rests are very uncomfortable and cannot be adjusted except up or down which does not help. Fourth: there is an unacceptable amount of road noise. Fifth: I had to subscribe to a navigation app in order to have GPS capability at $15.00 a month. Sixth: The passenger side manual seat adjustment is crap. That is all I have noticed up to this point, but I feel there will be more in my future.

Better than the prior model in almost every area
We have had the 2025 Camry LE AWD for about 4 weeks. We had a 2018 Camry LE Hybrid before. The 2025 is good or better in all areas except mileage is about 4mpg less on average. That may improve over time as it did with the 20218. The ride is quieter and a bit smoother overall. It also seems to have a bit more power but the 2018 was no slouch. The controls are different and I am still getting used to everything. The cruise and adaptive cruise are better and the lane assist actually keeps the car in the middle of the lane. The 2018 just alerted and adjusted when you wandered too close to the line. I love it so far.

Should have got the Premium Plus package
Overall I am pleased with the car. It is quiet, drives smoothly and good gas mileage in ECO mode. My only complaint is that the parking assist sensors are not included in the default XSE trim. You have to get the Premium Plus package for that option. That feature should be default on this trim level.

2025 SE Toyota Camry hybrid Lemon
I have the SE FWD . this piece of a car has been a problem since the day I bought it. Car is very sluggish looses speed driving up hill car jerking scared the hell out of me though it was going to stall out!😦...and the engine revs up high at low speeds driver seat very uncomfortable. Apple play keeps disconnecting and I have to reconnect it. Voice command will come on by it self without me touching it. Wirelss charger over heats my phone so bad I'm locked out of my own phone for 30 minutes...wireless charging is a feature I really like and I can't use it..the road noise is so awful sometimes I think my widows are rolled down when there not. I expected better from Toyota. My Kia was wayyyy better than this toyota
