A car I look forward to driving every time
I took the delivery of the car on May 31st, just when the COVID-19 pandemic was getting full swing. I was very concerned that the car could have many potential issues, seen or unseen, based on the complaints on the internet. Fortunately, my vehicle only had a minor gap issue that doesn't affect the functions of the car, and the car has been working well after over 11 months of driving. To me, the Model Y is a sports car in SUV form. Compared to my previous Lexus RX, this one definitely has personality and performance! My wife's Lexus IS doesn't come close either. Going on a steep climb on a highway is so effortless, thanks to the powerful electric motors. I found that I can achieve the advertised EPA range estimate with about 70% city and 30% freeway driving. What I like about Tesla Model Y are: pervasive supercharger network and seamless charging integration, over-the-air software update, great fun to drive, roomy interior and storage, and (still in beta) full self-driving capabilities. I don't have many dislikes about the car, because once you're out on the road, you can just enjoy the driving, every single time.

Not so electrifying experience..
Constant battery/ motor problems took away the joy of riding the car and made me anxious when driving it. Is it going to stop and won’t start again ? Or will I make it to my destination. Other than that car drives beautiful! The interior is a bit Spartan in design and suspension could be softer

Traded Up From My Model 3
Hard to put into words how amazing this car is. I had a LR AWD Model 3 but needed some more space for my small family and traded it in towards a LR AWD Model Y. Essentially is takes everything that is great about a Model 3 and makes it bigger. More cargo space, more legroom, more headroom, etc. Obviously it doesn’t have as sporty of a drive due to its larger profile, but pretty much everything else is better IMO. From the practicality to the heat pump, it’s a huge step up!

Fast Techy JUNK
The Elon fest is fast degrading. Great speed and some technology elements. Bad fit and finish, worse range performance than advertised. Nauseous AC smell and fast degrading tires. Would I buy a Tesla again NO!
