$25K car with non-deploying airbags
A car recently started crossing into my lane. I swerved to avoid an accident and the pavement had erroded and my car went in the ditch. After going in the ditch, it launched me in the air, doing $20,000 on my 2month old Altima. My car was totaled. Nissan and their Air Safety Bag rep was all over me, then would no longer take my calls, nor would the dealer that I my car. Over 1.1 million Nissans have been recalled. I bought mine on March 15, Car reccalled on March 25. No one ever told from dealer to manufacturer. Don't trust your safety to Nissan or a nice looking car. I was almost killed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CAR
I've owned many cars in my life time, starting out with the pinto, yes that's how old I am. By far this is the best car I've driven. Great on gas, very roomie, comfortable for long drives. There were a couple other cars I considered before I bought this one and am glad I had an open mind to what I wanted. Also helped I got an amazing deal on it.

Dangerous suspension
I personally would give this car a less than 1 star rating. Within the first 24 hours, the front left spring snapped which they paid for right away. I should say this is the newest car I have ever purchased with only 25,000 miles on it. The transmission has had to be babied for a long time. But more importantly over these past 2 1/2 years both rear lower control arms snapped and the other front right spring. I have bought older junk vehicles that haven't had these many suspension issues. When the last lower control arm snapped my daughter had been driving 75 on the highway ten minutes earlier. All 4 of these major suspension issues could have caused fatal injuries!! My husband is a mechanic and is very protective over my car so it is well maintained. Nissan has been absolutely awful to deal with except for our local Nissan service manager. We will never own another Nissan and we will make sure everyone we talk to knows what horrible experience we've had...

Make sure the manual is in accordance to what you purchased. Even though mine says Nissan Sentra 2014, the radio pics don't look the same to what I have in the car.
