Used 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Consumer Reviews
2019 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
Love it. Economical, practical, and comfortable. Especially nice when I have gone up to six weeks without having to fuel up. For an AWD SUV it is very good on fuel on longer trips. Would have liked to see a longer battery range (80 km) but overall will be keeping this vehicle for the long term. When compared to my previous vehicle the gas savings along will pay for this vehicle in about 8 years.

Like a Swiss Army knife
Packed with features, even has a steering wheel heater! Disappointed in the EV range, only 13 miles

Thumbs down on battery life
After only 125,000 KM/76700 miles, our Outlander lost 50% of it's range. We went from 38KM to 19KM. They did a battery charge and analysis at the dealership at the request of Mitsubishi and their conclusion was that the battery was fine. I disagree. I wonder how a Tesla owner would feel if this range after 77,000 miles dropped from 400 miles to 200 miles. I don't have the time or $ to fight Mitsubishi so I traded it on a Mazda MX5... best decision ever. Bye bye Mitsubishi... never again.
