2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback GT 4dr Hatchback (2.4L 4cyl CVT)

I wish that Edmunds would have been fair on the review of the Lancer GT Sportback.
Maybe they can explain why no Data is shown for performance times and braking distances.
While I do agree that the CVT Trans feels different, why don't we let the performance numbers do the talking.
If you want the vehicle to feel like a normal transmission just use the auto stick or the paddles and you will feel right at home. The car rides firm but smooth, the brakes are excellant, the back seat room destroys the competition, the cargo area with the rear seats down is class leading. Warranty is GREAT and the number one reason to buy a GT is of course its great looks!!! and you won't see one at every light

Best Features

If you want an Audi but want to spend 20K this is the car. Warranty blows away Ford and Mazda Keyless ignition Hands free and Blue tooth are sweet Stereo sounds awesome Interior is large and comfortable for a car in this class. Hatchback blends styling with practicality Road test the Lancer GT Sportback, the Mazda 3 and the Ford Focus just as I did, the GT Sportback blows them away except in MPG, a small price to pay for a great looking, fun to drive car at great price.

Worst Features

Mileage is good not great Deeper sounding exhaust If Mitsubishi wants to sell a bunch of the GT Sportback all they have to do is advertise it, no one knows the car even exiists. The beauty of the body style, warranty and handling will sell itself.

you know Ive had the 2012 Mitsubishi lancer sport back gt for a little over a week now,and i didn't think i would enjoy the car as much as i have,Ive had so much fun with this car already.its so fun to drive, whether i'm using the paddle shifters or the manual shift gate the car is fast and responsive, first time i went to pass a car i looked down and i was already at 100 mph(it runs out of power around 120 which i found out on day 4 lol). it is comfortable to drive it handles like a dream and stops as quick as i could ever wish it could.Ive had it 10 days and already racked up 1100 miles on it.the gas mileage is great for as much room and speed it has.if your wanting something with a whole lot of power or will spin the tires you wouldn't be looking for a 4 door hatchback in the first place.if your looking for a great looking fun and ethicle family car this is it.
