Speed, good handling, comfort in one package
After two years or so I usually begin tiring of a car and look for excuses to buy something else. But after 32,000 miles and almost three years I continue to enjoy this car every day. Not a single issue or expense (the first three oil changes are free) other than gas. Service has been easy to schedule and is very efficient. Interior doesn't show any sign of wear, nor does the exterior. It is squeak and rattle-free. This car is fast, comfortable and surprisingly roomy. Good on the highway and in-town, where we must navigate many narrow streets and squeeze into tight parking spaces. Tried out a brand new one when mine was in for services. It's bigger, for sure. But the interior is ugly in my opinion and it doesn't handle nearly as well as my '23. It may not have the go-cart handling of the smaller Minis, but it performs much better than direct competitors. It can run at 75-80 all day with good gas mileage (33+ mpg), has confidence-inspiring passing power and stealth speed from a standing start. Rear seats move back for more rear-passenger room and fold flat for hauling stuff. If you don't need it for big-box purchases or (guys) worry about your self image a lot, this is a great car to consider.

The best small crossover you can buy.
We’re on our second Mini and 3rd BMW product and I can’t say enough good about it. Motortrend gave this car a 6/10 but I think it’s more around 9.5/10/10. On the highway in green mode, I can get over 35 MPG which is actually insane for a car that can go 0-60 in 4.4 seconds. It does everything well. The Harman Kardon sound system is great as are the optional adaptive dampers. There’s a lot of folks that say it’s too harsh when driving, but I really only notice it being harsh while in Sport. In any other mode, it’s light and easy to drive. We are a couple in our 30’s with 2 dogs and it’s the perfect size. The ONLY complaint I have is turbo lag off the line. 10/10!!

A head turner!
I was parked listening to the radio, when I noticed people getting out of their cars and looking immediately at our blue with white racing stripes white roof and mirrors. This car really stands out. A fun driver. Great fit and finish, also quality workmanship through out. Fits nicely in the garage.
