2024 MINI Clubman Consumer Reviews

New model=worse model
The Clubman was redesigned for 2016. If you look around the miniusa website you'll have a hard time finding anything relating to fuel efficiency while it was very proudly displayed among the info for the previous model. It's a nice car, but one of the few perks it actually had was fuel efficiency. Now it's got a new engine(3 cylinder!) and the MPG is humorously bad. It gets 23 mpg in the city which is on par with some large sport utility vehicles but it's still a tiny car by comparison. We've had three MINI's so I'm not a MINI basher. We previously had a Clubman that got 32 mpg on the same to work routes the new Clubman gets 23 mpg. What automaker does that?? In sum, you can get far more for far less money with lots of other vehicles. The only benefits is that it looks different and you can find your car in a parking lot. We have a ALL4 base model which is not listed among the choices here.
British Green Mini Gem
A lot of research went into buying the clubman. I have enjoyed my Mini for 2 weeks and 900 miles. No regrets! And now that MINI is retiring them after 2024, this is a car I won't let go. The finishing and materials are outstanding. The handling is awesome. And her quirky look has no imitators.

Mighty mini
Great car for local and long distance travel. Miles per gallon averaged slightly above 30 mpg on highway and about 23 mpg around town. All4 wheel system performed perfectly when needed. Seated 4 adults comfortably in front and backseats. Two child seats fit perfectly in rear seats. Trunk space was more than adequate and even better with rear seats folded down. The split trunk doors center piece was distracting sometimes when looking through rear view mirror. I didn’t have a problems with any system on the car (electrical, engine, cooling, trans, mechanical, etc…). No cosmetic issues except the rubber on the belt line molding separating and leather seats developing 2 hairline cracks despite routine cleaning and conditioning. Loved touchscreen info unit, navigation, apple play, Bluetooth, turbo engine, 10+ speaker premium Harmon surround sound, garage door opening, heated steering wheel/seats, sunroof, child lock doors/windows, ride handling and braking, rear view camera, parking sensors, airbag configuration, comfy powered seats and folding mirrors with drop down to prevent curb rash. I would definitely buy again. Very satisfying to drive (fun, comfortable and dependable). Highly recommend this car (small but roomy, daily driver and highway cruiser, great for shopping, comfortable 4 person carpooling/traveling, with split rear trunk doors complimenting small load hauling for home projects, children activities and pets).

British Racing Green Mini
Love this little wagon! Holds a lot for a smaller car. Gets good mileage. Easy handling. Rear doors open to the side for easy loading and unloading. Back seats fold flat for large storage space.
