This vehicle is fun to drive! It handles really well, even in the bad weather. I have gotten many compliments on the way it looks! The dealership has been totally wonderful as far as service! I have leased it for 39 months, 20000 a year and will get a new one when my lease is up!

Finally moving up from Accords. I purchased this black Benz a week ago with the automatic transmission, sunroof package, heated seats, and CD changer options. This car offers an excellent combination of luxury and performance. Interior room is fine for those up front, but a bit snug in the rear. So don’t buy this car based on its people-hauling ability. After test driving the Audi A4 and Acura TSX, I realized the C230 Sport was the best choice for me. Whether or not it is better than the 325i or A4 is a matter of opinion, but you owe it to yourself to take this car for a good long test drive. Dealing with the Mercedes dealership was a pleasure.

The C230K sport sedan is a fun car to drive. The best value for your money 2-3k less then a BMW 3. Seats, body, tires/wheel combination are all sporty and agreesive and make for a beast of car. Take a drive and you will love it. First time Benz owner and have driven Honda's and Nissan all my life and have finally got something fun and not boring to drive!

I don't like how there's no switch that opens the doorlocks from the inside. If I want to let passengers in the backseat, I have to open my door to unlock all the doors. The controls in the dash is hard to reach. The sound system needs an upgrade, and the digital dash display looks too big and generic, reminds me of my 86 Mazda.

The "C-coupe" provides an great combination of performance (with the 3.2 liter V-6), comfort with features such as the dual climate control and the flexibility to haul moderate volumes of cargo, such as a bike or an air compressor. The car also provides decent gas mileage of 25 to 27 mpg on highway trips. I love driving this car.

a sporty sedan with some power. compared hard with 3 series/ A6. i have owned the car for 4 months now, and i can honestly say that it was a great decision....no regrets. power and transmission are awesome. style is incredible and sleek...gets lots of looks. my first mercedes. it outdoes the 3 series i used to own, primarily with handling characteristics and very responsive throttle/transmission. this car is fun to drive and is an excellent value for the price...considering the 'luxury' associated with the name, the european performance, and beautiful craftsmanship. very solid buy.

Most Bang for the buck! I've owned my 2004 for about 8 months now. I initially was out to get a BMW 325. However, after driving the C230k, the BMW was out of the question! In my opinion, the exterior styling/whoa factor can't be beat by any car in it's price segment. The interior materials are grade "A". Also, performance is awesome! Everyone who I let drive my car, usually is quite shocked after I tell them that there's a 4cyl under the hood, not a 6cyl. I will admit that handling isn't as precise as that of the Bimmer, but I will say this...the c230 is the BEST combination of sport/luxury that one can get for barely over $30k!

It was refreshing to test drive this little Benz, after owning 2 MBs (190E 2.6/300E) that it can be made both solid, stable and fun at the same time: Quick ratio steering but well damped, great solid body, wonderful peppy 4 cyl engine (this thing gets down and boogey, even to this Boxster owner), nicely done interior, far superior to those of Audi A4/BMW 3/Lexus IS300/Infi G35 etc...and overall driving finesse unmatched by any of the above brands. It IS the car to drive home AFTER experiencing all others, for it calms your nerve and surrounds you in well- engineered safety features and still a heck of fun to drive when you want to.

Has multiple features found on more expensive models. Large sliding roof is unique. Kompressor (supercharger) make 189 HP seem like 300 when it kicks in. A wonderful small hatchback. Sad that MB discontinued the model for 2006.

Decided to move up from a Honda Accord, and cannot believe the difference between the two vehicles. Everything about this car is amazing. The vehicle dynamics alone should be a selling point. Just got back from a trip up to Morro Bay, Ca., and avg. close to 29 mpg @ 80+. More importantly though, is how this vehicle behaves, whether it's the steering, braking, or cornering, it really shows its heritage, especially when compared to my Accord. Don't get mewrong, the Honda was a great car, but there is no comparison between the two.

The ride comfort is superb, especially with 17" wheels. The Car has this excellent power when you need it. The Strassenlage (German) (I don't the English word) is outstanding and also the Car doesn’t brake away on sharp curvy roads, no over or under steering curvy roads or wet surface. I am very pleased with the Car that my next car will be again a 230 Sport.

I find this is a nimble, solid, and fairly spirited sports sedan - not a position all of the automotive press takes on the C series. In fact when test driviung it seemed as good, albeit less powerful, than my brother's (much more expensive)'02 BMW 330i. But I did find a review (Motor Trend?) where the reviewers liked the driving dynamics of the C-230 better that the well-liked Acura TSX. That made sense to me. I liked the '04's low and wide stance and was able to get an irresistable deal on a 6-spd. Its a great driver, but Ive only had it a few days so I can't comment on its reliability.

Well...I've only had this car three days, but I'm so excited to finally be an owner of a MB! I shopped for more than a year and almost bought the coupe version last January, but held off as I wasn't quite ready. During the last few months I drove all the competition and it came down to the Audi A4 and the C230k Sport Sedan. I first thought that I was going to buy the Audi, but I talked the dealers in letting me have them both for an all-day test drive and the C230k SC took the prize. Ultimately, it's the one that made me smile the most!!!

This is my 2nd Mercedes and I'm loving this one more than my 300E. From the C230's stylish looks to its quick and efficient kompressor engine, this car is a dream. It's fun to drive and it is built very safety oriented. The finish work is superb. While on vacation on Maui last week, I rented a Ford Escape. I couldn't wait to get back in my C230!

Going from a modified to rally stage 02 WRX @300HP, the get up and go of this car is much less...But wait..while I can't sprint and hit the corners as hard, this car really moves with an agile confidence. The more I drive it the more I am impressed. Wrap it up with the MB styling...I love it..the 04 wheels and pipe give it a great look and profile. Add in some comfort, and borderline luxury and it is a sweet ride... Close to a work of art in my eyes.

This is my first Benz. I actually went to the Dealer to look at a BMW 325. After driveing both and comparing the price the Benz had a better ride and price was 5000 dollars less. But I like Red and this was the perfect color. YOu can tell immediately the quality is 1st class. For the quality you get for the price this is probably the best deal on the market. I have had Honda Accords in the past. Everyone has Accords. I have not seen another Red C230K on the road. One bad thing now is everyone knows when I am around. When they see this car they know it is me.

I had a 2002 C240. I like the car, but is was way to slow and had a bit too much body roll for me. Also, the gas mileage was mediocre considering it was only a 2.6 V6 putting out a measly 168 hp. The kompressor model feels like a different car. It addresses my complaints about the 240, and gets great gas mileage to boot. I would still like a bit more power, but for 31K you don't get everything. I'm very happy with the car and would highly recommend it.

My sticker price was 28,600 with CD changer. The 2004 new features are awsome, the new wheels, the lower profile, the exhaust pipe, the vented front brake discs look the best. The 6 Speeed manual transmision is amazing. too.
