The CX-5 comes in a variety of models, we opted for the Grand Touring Reserve which comes with a turbo engine. Our first 5 days of driving have been fabulous... well equipped and very nice handling. Love it so far.

We had a 2016 Mazda 3 and traded it in for the 2020 CX-5. Love the vehicle and the features.

Love everything but beware the sport model does not come with rear cup holders. I found out when my son did have any where to set his drink. At this price point they could have put in cup holders, I would have bought a different suv if I would have realized.

I don't own the car, but I was very interested in buing one. After three times at visiting the dealership and test driving it, I concluded it is nice in some ways, but cheap and outdated in other ways.

I traded in my Mazda3 for a cx5 this year. I was going to make a cross country road trip (the first of many), and I knew the little mazda3 wouldn't cut it. I test drove several other brands of small SUV vehicles, but it came down to two factors: I knew Mazda was very reliable based on my mazda3 experience and consumer reports ratings. And second, I compared HP and torque, and the upgraded Mazda engine was one of the top performers in its class. I got the top trim so I could get a sunroof, seat warmers, the upgraded engine, and AWD. I haven't regretted buying it for a second. Even my husband, the picky race car fanatic, drove it one day and liked it.
