Excellent handling, and still a fun car to drive 6 months into ownership. Has a sharp design that makes you look back at it while walking away, a "sexy" car for sure! Seats are comfortable even with leatherette and the interior feels premium even on a base model.

I’ve been struggling with this car, I got brand new mazda3 from Mazda Ramsey New Jersey , so far terrible experience, first sensor problems then wipers, major brake problems , i had to go to service 6 times a month, unbelievable My husband has Audi as well never visit service but oil change, I will try to use lemon law , cuz , this car is garbage and got major problems never going to buy a Mazda anymore

2020 MAZDA 3 FWD Hatchback Premium edition has been a great car to drive. Has worked almost flawlessly (only issue has been a one time infotainment screen freeze - SW update fixed it). Great fuel mileage (avg 33.3mph!) and fun to drive. Quiet cabin and reasonable standard maintenance costs make this a GREAT affordable car to own and operate!

Mazda is the absolute worst car company out there. I bought a 2020 Mazda 3 premium hatchback brand new 5 months ago and I've had it in service 6 times now for a variety of problems leading to the most recent my drivers side seatbelt came off and I was stuck from Saturday night till Monday morning with no seatbelt. I brought the car in today to have it serviced and they denied me a loaner but I have had a loaner car the other 5 times I have brought my car in for service. Customer service is terrible it's taken me all day of calling to get ahold of a manger which I still haven't been able to and corporate has only offered to give me egifts in the from of free parts. Save yourself the stress and don't buy a Mazda.

I got Mazda 3 2020 preferred hatch AWD. It’s look nice but quality.... after 5000k miles I have divers door glass like rattling noice. Dashboard noice, sounds like some plastic part got disconnected and now jumping on another plastic part. Steering weal noice, can’t describe. Read door cricking noice. And the main noice is climate control, I believe all mazda 3 2020 are effected. It’s like camera shutter noice that appears randomly and really annoying.
