Service issues
Vehicles heated steering wheel is a joke, warms up on start and then cools right down. A Lincoln factory rep looked at the issue and refused to allow us to be present. How can a heated steering wheel only reach 58 degrees and Lincoln maintains this is within their acceptable range. Pick up and drop off service is a joke and the vehicle is supposed to be returned washed. I have to take our vehicle in for service and am given a coupon for the local car wash.
Don’t Let the Bells & Whistles Fool You - LEMON!
2019 Lincoln Navigator is known to have issues, just one goggle search will show you them. I’ve experienced them firsthand. What was a $120k car is now KBB valued at $32k just 4 years later. I’ve spent most of that time taking it into the shop. The twin turbo engine blows through oil, so you have to put in oil in between changes. Additionally the computer system goes on the fritz, and causing all sorts or malfunctions. Ford and Lincoln have been unable to resolve no matter how many times I go in. They also would not honor the lemon law, so I have to get a lawyer involved. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I’ve never had a more high maintenance, unreliable car and a very poor investment. It’s a beautiful car, but don’t let that fool you. I’d look elsewhere and save yourself time and money.

Move over GM - Lincoln stole my heart
I have been a life long GM SUV driver... from Cadillac to Denali, I bleed GM and have enjoyed those vehicles for many years. I never even considered changing to a Ford badge until I drove the Navigator... and it is no Ford. Quite ride, fantastic seats, refinement, technology and head turning beauty. Hats off to Lincoln on the Navigator - it quickly swayed this GM junkie to become a hard core Lincoln Navigator fan. You will not find a better luxury to the dollar value than this vehicle. Can't wait to see what they do next!

I see someone else wrote about the service
Just read about how another user has issues with the engine and service. First my battery went dead and instead of a new one they just gave it a long charge, this the service manager told me and admitted it should have been replaced. Next they had to replace the injectors after finally thinking that the issues I had/still have and that did no good. I go to excelerate and it burps. When they did the tech forgot to replace a hose clamp on the engine and while driving it over heated and had to be towed across town to the dealer. I have never owned a Ford product and swore I never would but the Escalades the past few years are bad. Look all in all I like the SUV, but you call it Lincoln, it's still a Ford and they have major motor issues. Hope they can fix them my lease is up in a year and the new Escalades are looking good despite that past years issues
