Can’t beat the quality and reliability of a Lexus. It’s super comfortable and spacious! Love the maroon cooled and heated seats. Just the right size, doesn’t feel super huge or hard to handle. I always get compliments when guest ride in the car. Only thing I wish is that it had a larger towing capacity… but then again, that’s expected in this SUV class.

Mostly great things to say. I've owned my 20/20 NX since summer of 2024. My only complaints are the following: The small gas tank. The tank will only hold 340 mi at a time. The nu lux leather , it's difficult to keep clean. My other vehicle is a 2014 Mercedes CLS in excellent I terior condition...looks newer than my Lexus Mercedes has the genuine leather and it is very easy to maintain. I would not purchase another vehicle with nu lux faux leather. Specially with black interior it shows spots it shows every fingerprint and it's not easy to wipe off you cannot just take a wash rag with soap and water and easily get these marks off. Surface scratches become very visible I'm shocked that Lexus would use a faux leather.
