Car has plenty of power on the highway and pass with ease, premium sound system. Cooling seats 💺 is fantastic getting in to a hot car. Reliability is next to none. Gas mileage could be better and getting into the car can bothersome.

Love the style and reliability. Do not like the infotainment system. A little hard to get into without hitting my head. ( I am 5-10) )

Does NOT Handle Bumps Well

The 2020 review by Edmunds (Travis Langness) gave this model an unusually high Comfort rating of 8.5, stating that it has a "supremely comfortable ride" and "In keeping with Lexus' greater emphasis on comfort, the NX's suspension smooths over road imperfections with ease. Neither busy nor nervous, the NX 300 seems to glide over ruts and bumps." However, since Day 1 our brand-new 2020 NX 300 Premium (not F-Sport) has given a TERRIBLE ride -- we are jolted by any bump, even going over slightly recessed manhole covers. My wife has lower back problems and absolutely hates this car, unless we are on smoothly paved thruway. Not blaming the Edmunds reviewer, probably just (bad) luck of the draw for me -- and from now on I will be conducting much more thorough test drives!

we go the car few days ago and I'm trying to return it. Car looks really good and comfortable. However the user interface is complicated. Navigation is the worst I have ever had, really not in par with google or waze. Andoid auto is not working so basically I use my phone screen. Mu suggestion skip lexus.
