It keeps getting better
I just got a 2022 Kia Sorento from Seelye Kia Battle Creek. It’s my third Sorento and I love it. First the build is amazing. It’s a car anyone will look good driving. The safety features are amazing. It can basically drive itself with lane keep assistant, smart cruise control, blind-spot avoidance, etc. I’m confident my passengers will be safe if there is a collision because of all of the airbags and other protective features. The Kia access app makes life so convenient. I love it. Get a Kia Sorento. You won’t regret it.

Lemon squeezed into a Sorento
I bought a used 2.5 Turbo charged K5 2022 and thought I had the best car ever BUT.... At 9700 miles it had the recall of losing all horsepower and left me stranded in Arkansas. I went back a week later and thought I was rolling out with a repaired car but to my surprised it died again. I took it back to Crain Kia and they helped me get into the Sorento and I couldn't be happier. Same great Gray Wolf paint with black trim. Plenty of power to spare and more than enough space on the interior. Love the video dashboard and lots of safety features galore. Only complaints are jumpy transmission and wish I would have gotten all Wheel Drive..... KIA this is your last chance please last 150,000 miles...

Wish I had done more homework
I have a Sorento 2022 SX and I wish I had never purchased this vehicle. My overall rating remains the same. The customer service at ALL STAR KIA is the worst I have ever seen in life. I have yet to receive my initial free services due to the dealer putting my scheduled days off. The initial days set are months out. I just recently had an appointment for July 8th, awaiting two months only for the dealer to call me and reschedule for August 3rd. My car is 1000 miles over the scheduled service. I was told that they have to stop service on Saturdays to catch up with the back load. Does that make logical sense. NOPE.. I called Fontana Kia and they scheduled me for Monday July 10th and I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service. I called KIA corporate and was told I could ASK All Star Kia to reimburse me but there is no guarantee. I am so over this. I will never ever purchase a KIA again due to CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will update with the overall vehicle soon.
