Fuel efficient/decent ride for the price. You get what you pay for folks and with this vehicle, in my opinion, you do get your moneys worth. Like most cars, as long as you stay on top of the required periodic maintenance, checks/services your Kia will provide years of trouble free service. This goes without saying but always ensure you stay on top of your cars scheduled maintenance/service. Things like tire pressure, engine oil/air filter changes etc..can have an effect on how your car handles/burns fuel. Only issues I had with my KIA was steering control on the highway. If you are going 65mph plus and/or dealing with windy conditions you will be pushed around. Keep a good grip on that steering wheel. Also, like most compact cars, not a car for tall people. I'm 5'4 so not a problem for me but tall people? You will not be comfortable. More so on long drives. Check recalls! Two safety recalls on this year, make and model. Brake master cylinder and steering wheel column bolt. A bit off topic here but, new or used, always do your due diligence/research before spending your hard earned money on a car. Factory/dealership warranties may sound very reassuring but you have to consider how your local dealership/shop work recalls/warranty repairs when they show up at their door. If they acknowledge that the issue is under warranty, great. It's when you may get a bad dealership service dept manager where you may face an uphill battle. And even if they don't fight you on the warranty repair, you could be without a vehicle for a considerable amount of time given the ongoing issue in sourcing vehicle parts. This may not pose a problem for a two car household but it can be a problem if it is their only car. Some dealerships can be a royal pain in the backside in getting them to work warranty. Always remember to take any recall/warranty documents with you to the dealership. Manufacturers are supposed to notify/keep dealerships up to speed about vehicle recalls/warranty work but as the saying goes; "Better to have and not need, than to need and not have." SO, take your cars warranty/any recall information with you to the dealership. You may get the deer in the headlight look from a service manager/service rep when you mention the word WARRANTY. Can't say I blame them too much for playing dumb. Manufacturers dont compensate the dealership service shops well for warranty work. And good luck in getting a rental if your vehicle has to stay at the shop for longer than 24 - 48 hours. From personal experience in my neck of the woods some dealerships have done away with their loner/rental fleet due to overhead costs and other troublesome issues they may have been having with this service. Lastly, this is the web link to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration page. https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls. Good website for vehicle recall/safety information. Please drive safe out there folks/take care! The life you save may be your own.

2020 KIA RIO REVIEW

2020 KIA RIO REVIEW, 04/25/2021

I'm confused why kid would make a fast sporty little car and put weak rims with flabby little tires and tiny little shocks that don't absorb any potholes , 15-in rims are the perfect size to fit right inside of a pothole and bend with perfect triangles in the rims the car is otherwise awesome one major flaw I left out is when you open up the trunk after it rains or you wash your car all the water jumps right into your trunk onto your carpet major flaw for 2020 shouldn't have made it through. It makes headlights on them for a 20/20 shouldn't make an option between good headlights and poor headlights should just put in quality first. Kia gives you an option crappy headlights or good headlights should only be good. Quality first especially when it comes to safety safety if you can't see you can't drive<br>
