Ok locks on door do not work with doors open. This is not intuitive and if you don't have your key, you can't lock it. Ehhh I don't think that is a good way but alas, it is what it is. All and all pretty neat car.

Delighted with size, assists, keyless entry, auto start and heated seats. Did I mention mileage?!

Love my new Niro Hybrid

The Niro has everything I wanted, in an attractive package. This is my second Kia — the Forte I bought in 2018 went over 116,000 miles with no problems, so I say Kia is a reliable brand.

Buying a car is like speed dating—you're given twenty minutes to figure out if there is a possibility of romance. It's a terrible way to buy car. File under :" If I only knew now what I didn't then" I would have passed on this car. First and foremost is the utterly complex and anti-intuitive dash panel. To get to the radio, you need to switch the air conditioning button—one is always shutting off either radio or the air, and at some point, it is exhausting. Who thought this was a good idea? Basically all panel controls have some anti-intuitive aspect to them. I have owned mine for less than a year and I can't swear but my mileage is decreasing. Do I need top get service already? AND, there is already a recall on my model (wind). Lastly, there is the sad and succinct fact that very often you leave the car only to be reminded that the engine is still on...yes, it is that quiet, but also that annoying. To say I. have regrets about his purchases is putting it mildly.
