Little Jeep with an Attitude
Bought this for daughter who will be on job sites in construction (the VW bug wasn't going to cut it). Best of all worlds for a young kid. Can and will climb the mountains. Can cross the river if needed (patriot and others fail). Trailhawk is only way to go. while she won't (hopefully) be doing the big off-road courses... hmmm i can't wait to do the off-road adventures. You must get with removeable top. Very in jeep mode. and the easter eggs are everywhere and deserved. This... is written by an Audi/Mercedes owner who is now seriously hunting real Jeeps.

My yellow submarine!
Check around at different dealers and on line. Got great deal on line plus got the renegade in my color with the equipment I wanted $5,300 less at a dealer 150 miles away. Worth the drive through the country side. They were a pleasure to deal with, and we were in and out with in a couple of hours. Of course it helped knowing what I wanted.

A Fiat with a Jeep logo
This vehicle is very poor quality with more issues than I have time to post. I recommend looking elsewhere. I can't even get half of what I owe on it after one year.

Foxy is a desrt hawk mojave color so far so good!!
I have a 2017mojave deserthawk.k, i purchase at the end of September So far i love this vehicle, i love the funky style, interior, and electronics. I have owned Mitsu for 25 years, and have an Outlander, which is awesome, and i love it. i sold my other Mitsu to my sister, and wanted another, the renegade US a good cu" needs better headlights hid or led love the cold weather pkg So i looked, drove and reviewed all the information and criticism of the Renegade, so i wait a year, until all the little problems were fixed, such as the key fobs, brakes, engine and transmission(shame on the usa uaw workers, poor quality at the start), but all seems good on the 2016;s, It is a good vehicle, and i hope i have lots of fun with it.

Dealers wont honor warrantied problems
First new car I have bought in over 23 yrs. After making ur deal, be prepared for dealer add ons that can cost as much as $9300.00. The warranty on Jeep is really bad. For the price u pay, u dont get much quality assurance from jeep. The cheaper cars have much better warranties. The jeep rides great, and very comfortable with all the options they have to offer. I still have not used all the options, nor have I learned to use all of them, just one at a time. Even though I am enjoying the ride of the new Jeep, I really was not satisfied with the dealer, and I only had the jeep for 2 weeks, I have no idea if any thing the dealer told me will be backed up, as in 4 free oil changes, and if the warranty is any good, bc I had trouble with warranties before. BTW, there are only 2 features of this jeep I dont like, small but aggravating. Fuel tank panel does not lock, and inside, no room to easily hook up the seat belt. Really, 2 bad designs, but not a major factor. Update: I hate the security system. Sometimes I like to lock up without using the security to save on battery, but to do this, it is a pain. I would like just to lock from one door and all is locked, like other cars. Also, lights r always on (when engine is running). Headlights or running lights, dont matter, something is always on draining the battery. If the battery charging system gets weak due to time, looks like I will be needing a tow. Now, I am not crazy abt the warranty repairs. They cant find a problem with the jeep, in the electronics part, and if the ydo find the problem, they will NOT give me a loaner car, if I need to leave it over night, on the factory warranty. It took over a year to get the warranty work fixed. Needed Chrysler Headquarters to find a dealer that will work on warranty problems. Chrysler dealers here are real bad. Not sure if I want another Chrysler, bc the dealers here dont comply with their business warranties. Finally found one place that honors the warranty and that place in Anderson WILL be the only place that works on my Jeep
