Great to Drive...Awful Technology

I leased the is because I wanted a fun, pure, driving experience. And I got it.,.great acceleration and handling on all roads, very responsive and the paddle shifting is close to a true standard tranny. At 75 you can drop into 7th and blow by the car next to you. I enjoy the driving experience. But....Jaguar should be embarrassed to put this techno package into this vehicle.Believe ALL the reviews you read elsewhere about how cumbersome and unreliable the techno package is. Half the time it doesn't recognize my phone so have to reboot blue tooth while I'm driving? Voice Commands? HA,HA, HA. This vehicle is AWD...and HORRIBLE in the snow. I skidded right through the 4 way stop at the entrance of my neighborhood. I am truly SCARED when driving in the snow. Finally...from day one, I've experienced a noticeable clunking in the suspension when i turn sharply, at low speeds when the car is cold (ex> backing out of my driveway). Dealer claims not aware of any problems...even though my sales person told another client had the same complaint. Maybe this is why it handles so poorly in the snow? No exaggeration...I cuurse about something EVERY TIME I drive the car.

Purchased 11/2/2017. This vehicle is magical in looks, a great head turner, however a few weeks after purchasing I find myself looking and researching another vehicle, this car has terrible space in the front I’m about 5’7” and I can hardly fit the window at any drive up I often have to open the door, home link has not worked yet after several attempts with the person on the phone the sunroof and sunshade buttons have to be held to open and close it has been fixed once the drive stop while in traffic gas saver has stopped working again I have skinned my shin getting in the car a few times headed to dealership for repairs tomorrow the vehicle is not Jaguar quality I had to make a quick purchase should not have bought this car the speaker system is a joke really Jaguar shame on you, radio presets a joke they go to a different preset station when you start the car, steering wheel is manually operated. The dealership polished over many scratches and they where noticeable after first car wash now I’m stuck with a scratchy NEW car. The trunk in extremely small and so were the minds who designed this for Jaguar, resale is horrible if you buy one talk them down it’s not luxury at all just looks good great mileage. So what do you think I should purchase next, Benz E Class or Audi A6, 3/15/18 ???😩

I remember when I first saw this car I thought I'm going to get one and 3yrs later I have it. I did my research for months before finally deciding to settle down and grab the RWD, I like the AWD but I felt the driving experience was more restricted. For more fun and excitement RWD is the way to go. The only complaints that I can say that I have which is actually my fault is the gas pump every few days lol. This car is truly a pleasure and fun to drive and often times I find myself making up store trips just to drive the car. For good looks value and out of this world acceleration you cant go wrong. Side note I do think that the S mode is for sick because this car turns into a completely different car I call it my mini Hellcat.

The back seat is small in this car if you need a large back seat stay away. Other than that this is a drivers car. The 340HP Supercharged 6 is absolutely amazing, no engine lag and none should be expected. The handling and ride are amazing as well as the E-Steering. I haven't had this much fun since the 60's when I owned a 65 Shelby Mustang. Lastly, get the HUD because it shows you the speed (as well as other things) and often times you don't realize how fast you are going. One other thing, the price is slightly higher than it's competitors, but it's so worth it, and it's a Jag! Lastly I got 32 MPG on a 150 mile road trip today without babying it when needed.
