Great car. Comfortable, quiet, lots of power and it gets better fuel economy runnning around town than on the highway. One design flaw that needs to be fixed is the rear signal lights. They should be at eye level especially in winter when the snow gets caked on the back. Visibility is very poor.

Its a LEMON please dont buy
i got this car, from day1 its a problem. I bought the base 2.5L engine, very sluggish, weird gear shifts and grinding noise. when i complained to the dealership they act as if they dont hear the grinding sound. horrible service. whenever i need to pass on the highway now i have to put on manual down 2/3 gears and then pass and move it to automatic. the communication is the highlight the screen goes blank often and they say its a apple car play problem. USB doesn't connect to media, when we complain no action taken. Basically its a useless car and im regretting my decision of getting this car. if there is a negative star i could have given this is not even worth 1 star.

Love this car! Just a couple little issues...
First and foremost, I really love this car! I love the looks (inside and out), the tech, the ride... All great - at least so far... I got it in September 2024, it's March 2025 now and I only have 1,500 miles on it. I'm a tech guy and this car has it all! I got the top of the line Limited to get them all. So, the little issues - sort of in order of frustration 1) The Tucson has a great feature - a button to use the hybrid battery to 'jump' the regular 12V battery in case it dies. I figured I would never have to use it. Well, I've used it 4 times so far! Although I live in New England and it can get very cold, my car is always in the garage at home which does not get below 45 degrees. And this is where I had to use the button. I got an email from my car (cool right!) that said make sure I didn't leave any accessories on that may be draining my battery. After googling they say maybe the digital key could be the cause - which I had set up (you can use your phone for a key). I turned that off and so far so good - but no digital key for me! 2) The side mirrors on the Limited are not able to be folded in - lesser models have it 3) The clock for the car has more than one location depending on what screen you are on. So, you must look around for it - and on one screen setup (the one I like the most) has no clock at all. That should be a software update fix to me... 4) When going through a car was and you have to have your car in neutral, at the end when you have to put it in drive to leave, you can't put it in drive without first putting your foot on the brake - so you have to do that really quickly so the car behind you does not run into you. 5) The Tucson has some great colors, but the Limited model has limited colors - so I could not get the Tucson color I really wanted. So that's it - extremely glad I purchased this car - at least so far!

Great except for one glaring issue
Interior is sharp with high quality materials. Exterior styling is great too. Performance is pretty darn good. Great MPG in city situations(35-45) and so-so on the highway(25 to 30). The issue: 12V battery life when parked is 3 to 4 days. Then manual unlocking after removing plastic key cover on door handle is required.

Keeping it simple, atrocious gas milage - Eco mode, 18 mpg city, 23 hwy: Loud rattle behind instrument panel, required louder media to overcome: door edge trim peeling off all four doors: transmission shift quirky inconsistant. All this at 1700 miles. $39500 bad purchase
