The Kona is simply the best vehicle that I have ever owned. A sleek exterior combined with a comfortable, amenity filled interior make this car a joy. On the side, I am a DJ and the Kona easily fits my entire portable setup without cramping the driver and passenger area, plus the Kona's wonderful MPG makes travelling for gigs inexpensive. I am thoroughly impressed with this car and have gotten a TON of positive comments from strangers about how they like the look of it. Check out the Kona. You won't regret it!

I’m throughly impressed with this subcompact SUV. I’ve owned Hyundai automobiles before, but this has really exceeded my expectations. The performance, technology features, and comfort of the vehicle really cannot be overstated. I’m very happy with my decision.

We are very pleased with our first Hyundai. We think it it is very comfortable, quiet, fun to drive. Where did The subpar braking comment come from? Brakes are excellent. Very good value for the money. Great warranty.

I bought the 2019 Kona sel awd exactly one year ago. At first I loved it! But then, it got worse. After 6 months of owning the car, the sensors in my brand new tires started failing. When in normal or sport mode, my Kona has a problem with the shifting and gets stuck at 4000 rpms for way to long (I used to drive a stick, so I know when it’s time to shift.) took it to the dealer and they couldn’t do anything about it because it’s not popping up on the computer, great. A new thing happened today after owning the car for a year and two weeks, my analog speedometer shows me going 15 mph slower than the digital. I took it to the dealership again. They claim if it’s an outside source that caused this, I will have to pay. I get that, but here are more circumstances: I’m a driver with no history of accidents or tickets, I don’t drive the car hard, I get the oil changed so often car fax labels it as a well maintained car, the car stays in the garage when at home, car washes every month, the car only has 6800 miles in one year. I take great care of my car, there should be absolutely no reason for my speedometer start to break on me. Pros: great handling Great on gas Great style Spacious front cabin Cool features Small and can fit into any parking space Quite fast for a 4 cylinder Overall smooth ride Cons: Small backseat, have issues fitting car seat Small car overall, my large choc lab has issues fitting in it Sensor problems seems to be an uncomfortably common thing Sometimes the screen just goes black when you connect iPhone to usb for Apple play, and it won’t display anything unless you turn off the car and then turn it on Steering wheel peels quite easy so it seems, even though I use my bare, clean hands for driving Everyone has different experiences with cars, and this is just mine. Maybe I got unlucky with my specific car because something went wrong while being manufactured, who knows! I would love the car if it wasn’t for these problems. There’s a high chance I will trade in for Lexus this weekend since I can only imagine the problems in 3 years.

Class leading power, good ride and handling, very stable for being so small. Hyundais long warranty and reliability are just frosting on the cake. I get between 29 and 34 mpg on my daily drive. Turbo 1.6l is torquey and quick.
