Used 2022 Honda CR-V Consumer Reviews
Best little Honda CR-V in Tidewater Virginia!
It took awhile for me to get used to this vehicle and I'm still working on the idea that there is no CD player in this car!!! Also, I have been driving a Honda 2010 EX-L with a 5-Speed Manual Transmission for the past 12 years and I had to give up this vehicle kicking and screaming. My left hip is the reason I'm "screaming" because it now hurts to depress the clutch when it is necessary to change gears. Getting old is not for the faint of heart! I love my Honda 2010 with the manual transmission, but I have to admit it was time to get a newer, higher car that I didn't have to bend double to get into or wait for the pain when it was necessary to shift gears. One must do what one must do.....sigh. Now I must get used to the "bells and whistles" on the inside of the CR-V and the dashboard displays...wow! I will definitely miss having my CD player because I am a "Book on CD" listener, especially in the car. I can't believe that feature is missing! Why was it ever removed? Someone is going to have to 'splain that one to me. Otherwise, I think I'm going to love this new CR-V.

Love My CR-V
Previously owned BMW, Mercedes, Lexus (and my wife drives Volco). Bought this on a lark to play with. While my Crv doesn’t have the prestige of the other SUV’s, I have to admit that it is an amazing vehicle. Most comfortable seats ever, drives very smooth on my 30+ highway miles to work every day, plenty of power for my daily commute, good amount of room, perfect height to get in and out of at age 63+ with a bad back. Never would have expected that a Honda CR-V would be one of my favorite vehicles.

BEWARE! HONDA AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FAULTY
Yesterday, I was shuttled back to the Honda dealership, and all three passengers myself included, had taken our Honda's in to the service dept because of FAULTY AIR CONDITIONERS. We three had different makes but all complaints were the same; The air conditioning system DOES NOT COOL SUFFICIENTLY in the hot climate of the Imperial Valley,CA. This was my first Honda and my last. I have a 2018 Honda CRV, and the air conditiong system started not cooling sufficiently last summer after having it for 2 1/2 years. ( today 8-2022) I have now spent close to $6,000 on a new AC system, and it is still not cooling sufficiently to the point that I am unable to travel a long ways in extreme heat. I am told by the dealership that Honda changed the freon type in 2017 , and since then, there are insurmountable complaints on the AC SYSTEM NOT COOLING SUFFICIENTLY. Were we not in this pandemic time when car prices have soared, I would get rid of this SUV and return to a Toyota vehicle. My last Camry's AC would freeze us and I never had one problem in the 8 years I owned it. This cool air insufficiency has affected my health as I am unable to tolerate the extreme heat.
