I think this Accord is one of the best vehicles I have owned. It has a great ride and is very comfortable. I looked at several other cars (Acura, Toyota, and Nissan) and for the price it just couldn't be beat.

As a commuter and "driver" this is an enjoyable car. Right combination of practicality, good gas mileage, 'fun factor,' resale value, and comfort. I thoroughly tested the Camry, Passat, and Altima. Camry is way too boring and ugly, Altima good but cheap interior, Passat probably the best but needs premium fuel and has less space.

I did more research before buying this car than any other. Put it side-by- side with the Chrysler Sebring, Toyota Camry, Chevy Monte Carlo, etc., and dollar for dollar you will not find a better vehicle. Sure, this is my 6th Honda, but I gave the other vehicles every opportunity to win me over, and none came close. The Camry may be a smoother ride, but it will cost you a few thousand extra to dress it up with what comes on the Accord.

I bought it in Nov 1999, and drive it tree years already. And I did not have any problems with it. It is really high reliable, quality car. It take very little money for maintainance, I do only oil change and brake service. I would recommend it for limited budget, and for people how don't dream about BMW. Thakns

For clearance and way under sticker this car is great. Just bought for $5000 under sticker, because of the pending 2003 design change. Great pick up, interior confortability, as if your floating on clouds. Can't beat for the low price and dependability.

We were involved in a serious car accident a month ago. We were stopped in traffic on the hwy and a lady hit us in the rear without slowing down at over 70mph. We all walked away. Thank you Honda! No prior problems with the car, it was fantastic to drive. QUALITY all around. It was only a 4 cyl but because of the V-Tec engine it had the power PLUS the gas mileage. BUY HONDA!

Great car, has an amazingly smooth and quiet ride but still has alot of power and ok acceleration. The best interior design of its class. Great audio system. Fun to drive. Classy looks.

I just wanted to express my happiness of yet another honda purchase. I traded in the 1999 LX and got the EX this time. I think the new styles look like a toyota and the fact I got the 1250 rebate as well as 4.75% for 60 months. I have no regrets, I got the green this time, last time I had the huntermist. Go snatch your honda before its too late!

I've had my '02 Accord since 1/5/02 and have loved every minute of owning it! (I previously had a Prelude for 11 years.) The ride is very smooth and comfortable on long trips. As a V-6 EX, fuel economy on the long trip was very good & about average for city driving with the "MAX AUTO" heating/cooling setting. My Accord was also the victim of an accident in January (a panel truck ran a red light and hit an oncoming car head on. This collision caused the back end of the panel truck to go airborne and land on the hood of my 2 week old car! The only damage to my Accord was a crumpled hood on the left side where the truck was resting.

Cool looking car, especially in the blue. I've only had it for 2 weeks & haven't heard any rattles & nothing has fallen off (the main problems in the other reviews, they must've just gotten lemons). Great controls lay-out, esp. the steering mounted audio controls. Should've made all seat controls powered, not just height. Also, you have to reach to grab the seatbelt. Moonroof should open more than just 3/4 of the way. I want an ashtray for trash. Also, need memory seat on driver's side to allow access to rear seats. Ride is nice as long as you don't treat the 4-cylinder as if you owned the 6-cylinder. 3 people in the back is not that comfortable.
