Bought this vehicle with 200,000 mileage After a few months it had a check engine light. I checked it and replace the Ignition coil all 6 of them. It runs good and pass the smog check and now have a 247,000 miles and still running strong!

My First Honda.. made me to buy two more Hondas

I bought this baby in 2005 for $10K when it was on 35K miles. Never had any problem. Only regular oil changes and maintenance. Changed timing belt at 90K and now its ready for 120K servicing. Have been getting an average of 25MPG. This car made me to buy two more Honda cars. Very reliable beast to depend on.

300k+ miles, 19 years old and still going strong!

While I recently replaced my little Honda Accord, I have to say I will truly miss it. That little sedan was a masterpiece in engineering. It wasn't the cutest car on the road (but neither did it look its age) or the fanciest (a practical 4 door with plenty of space) but it was nothing to embarass you either. It's bells & whistles were impressive for 2000, they couldn't keep up with today's offerings. However, I am sure it would have given me another 100,000 miles with minimal maintenance or repairs. No doubt about it, Honda makes a great reliable vehicle that you can count on. It wasn't great on gas (20mpg/avg) but still better than my much newer Kia Optima! This may speak more to my difficult commute than the vehicles themselves, however. Slick moonroof, comfy leather seats, relentlessly reliable and surprisingly powerful (V6!), I cannot complain about this car whatsoever.

I bought this car new and have been driving it ever since. When I had 250,000 KM on it I was told I needed a new transmission because it shifted hard and I mean hard it jolted the car and everything in it. I did some research and found that a solenoid on the transmission was to blame so I took it off and cleaned it and it fixed the problem. I haven't really done anything to this car but maintenance. I now have 570,000 KM (354,200 miles). I'm looking to replace it. This is my 3rd Honda and I have had great success with them and would recommend them to anyone. The car hasn't even started to rust in these cold snowy Canadian winter - that's something to say.
