Best SUV I've every owned.
It's a terrific automobile from the horsepower to the added features that Denali adds.

A Horrible Experience!
This V6 Envoy turns out to be a lemon! From the beginning it had that terrible engine smell. My 3 year old goes promplty to sleep within minutes during the ride. However, we were alarmed about the noisy brakes, oil leaks & being a gas guzzler! (The old rental uses much less gas and has smooth brakes!) We took it to a shop and found out about the AC leakage. Probably that's why my son always ends up sleeping! The mechanic had to order a big part from GMC - I think it's the transmission. He'll fix the gas guzzling problem too! However, I'm afraid to be in this vehicle. I wanted a refund or a new vehicle.

Best SUV I've ever owned
I can't say enough about my Envoy (Denali) trim. It is by far the best SUV I've ever owned. I love the DOD feature which improves the gas mileage substantially. I'm in Canada and have 383K km on it so far and still going strong. Only work done on it was to replace the suspension around the 250K km mark which is not unreasonable. It has a very smooth ride with the air bag suspension. The interior feels luxurious as it has the leather seats and wood grain trim. The highway handling is excellent. Easy to park too. I've made great use of the split seats for cargo. I added an after market transmission cooler and have used it to haul two horses. An all round fantastic SUV.
