Used 2017 GMC Acadia Consumer Reviews
My first GM Vehicle since 1992
Coming from an Audi Q7...Tested all SUV’s in the segment. The Acadia has it all...love the new size, the engine is so smooth and accelerates so well. Fuel economy is impressive. Luxury amenities and fit and finish are superb. Headlights really need the fog lights to assist in providing a safe view at night. I can see us leasing another Acadia immediately upon the conclusion of this lease.

My best SUV ever.
I have had 7 SUVs, and this is the best ever. My gas mileage is better than predicted, almost 30 mpg for freewa thavel. Very smooth, quiet, comfortable ride. Styling good, not great. No service yet beyond oil changes and tire rotations.

Value....??
First, for a mid 40 thousand dollar car, I would expect more. My Sierra trade in-had more features. For example, there is no "express up" window feature, cooled seats etc. The front window pillars are large and impede vision while turning. You can't really see down over the hood and front fenders so when you crest a hill, it's always a surprise what is in front of you. My biggest complaint......I just got a sales solicitation offering me $28 if I trade in now. I owe $38!!! One year old, 8,000 miles. On the plus side the V-6 performance is great, plenty of power. I have the "All Terrain" version and it's grip is awesome. My off road trial was in a hilly pasture, not too extreme, but it performed well. Comfort is OK. Gas mileage almost exactly as stated on sticker. Sometimes better, even in AWD. Which reminds me.....the AWD indicator is on the console, not the dash. I often forget when it's in AWD and will not notice sometimes for weeks, probably wasting gas.
