Nice driving but poor quality
This is our second Ford Flex the first was a 2012 Limited EcoBoost. The difference in quality from 2012 to 2019 is massive. The 2019 was delivered with the headliner hanging out on the edges and cover for the power hatch strut was installed incorrectly so the tab was broken off Its's had oil leaks, the backup camera died, the turn signal sticks on and it ever so slightly looses coolant after they "fixed" the oil leak. We drive this vehicle about 12k a year and take care of our vehicles. The 2019 Flex is the vehicle that convinced me I would never buy a Ford again and I have had 6, including a 2004 Ranger we still drive.

Great car but plagued with an issue
I purchased a used 2019 Ford Flex SEL in July 2020 and I love this car. Rides nice, looks sweet, lots of options. After owning it for a couple of weeks I started to have an issue with every dummy light coming on and it logging a code P2610. Had it to dealer 2 times and they cannot duplicate issue and cleared the code. At one point I couldn’t start the car. The dealer said they need to duplicate the issue while connected to their diagnostic machine. In 2 months it has lit up the service engine light 3 times. The car has 35000 miles on it. We’re afraid to take it too far knowing it may not get us back with out a tow. Each time it failed the engine did not shut down and I lost no control. The alerts were Steering assist fail, oil pressure low, coolant temp high, abs failure , traction control failure and the navigation system failed. Seems no one else online had this issue but it’s a real issue. There are no recalls on my VIN so I’m stuck with a lemon and a car note on something my wife is afraid to drive.

Best car we ever drove!!!
It is a real shame is not going to build the Flex anymore. It is perfect for old people. I am 78 years old.

Extremely Happy With Purchase
I just leased a brand new Flex. I am a new mom with a 7 month old and my husband and I are extremely happy with the comfort of this car. It fits in our garage and fits the car seat with room to spare in the driver seat. We had a amazing experience with our dealership and the sales team. We went to Airport Marina Ford in Los Angeles, CA. I would definitely suggest this car for a new family.

Great SUV!
This is our 3rd Flex, we love them because it's very roomy, easy to get in and out of...even for our aging parents & friends.
